We have been delighted to welcome so many genuinely nice people to our apartments and the response from our guests makes all our hard work worthwhile. Its great to know that people have enjoyed their holiday and take home many happy memories of their stay here. We have also been amazed at the number of different countries our guests have come from so we thought it would be fun to keep a list which you will find at the bottom of the page. Thank-you to all our guests who have given us such great feedback.A note from Dena and Keith - (Proprietors) |

Our week is coming to an end and we don't want to leave... Fantastic experiences of the nature here. The best and probably most interesting was to watch the bird-ringing at the Delta and also a guided half-day birding tour with Audouin Bird Tours. The vulture feeding station in the mountains was also a unique experience. We have felt very at home in this beautiful apartment - where we especially enjoyed the "birding balcony". We hope to come back to see more of this beautiful country.Berit and Bjorn. Sweden. October 2008 |

Had terrific weather in a terrific location. The beach at l'Ametlla is outstanding, the drives are spectacular and the people friendly. Great week with great company, hosts and locals. Fishing was a a little patchy some days due to fluctuating water levels (dam controlled) but Brian still managed to catch a 142 lb catfish. Unforgettable! We will return!Dickson party. Belfast. I'm so glad we came back (told you we would!!) 'cos there's so many great things to do. We had lots of days on the beach and lazy days by the pool. We went canoeing down the river and we had a scary ride through the mountains (but it was worth it for the views and then swimming in the warm springs) It would take too long to list all the great places we went to. But the thing I like the best is the fiesta week, especially the night when they run around the streets with fireworks (it's NUTS but AMAZING!!) Thanks Dena and Keith. Hope to see you again!Rhianna (age 13) York family. August 2008 |

We have had the very best time staying at this beautiful place. The apartment is one of the cleanest and most cosy we've ever stayed in. It lacks for nothing. We girls were able to relax and unwind whilst the men fished and caught a 57lb, 60lb, 72lb, 75lb and 98lb catfish. Happy memories of sitting on the jetty drinking wine in the sunshine!Pat, Debs, Rob and Dee. Oxford. May 2008 |

Well we came back for the 3rd time for birding in Catalonia! This year we have notched up 180 species. From our base here in Mora birded in the Els Ports, Ebro Delta, Flix, Lleida steppes, Monegros (just into Aragon) and spent a couple of nights in the Pyrenees. Plus lots of local areas around Mora - a tip for birders - make sure to visit the park along the riverfront here in Mora - gave us Scops owl, red-necked nightjar, wrynecks, penduline tit, golden orioles, bee-eaters, Cetti's warbler and nightingale, little bittern and great reed warbler. We love it here! Shame to be leaving - roll on the next time!Alan and Maureen. Northumberland. May 2007 |

We didn't know what to expect from this holiday. However, it has been a week of wonderful surprises. A highlight for us was a fantastic guided tour of the Els Ports in a 4x4 -ask Dena to arrange for you. Saw fantastic caves, views, wild goats and birds (there was still snow up there too!) At the end we asked the guide for a good place to eat and not content with recommending a place he drove us to one of his favourites! Fantastic people! Nick, Sally and Alice. Cambridge. Feb 2006 |

We couldn't have wished for a nicer apartment or better hosts than Dena and Keith. Fishing has been good. Too early in the year for catfish but caught a few carp to 21lbs. We visited Barcelona, a great city and the kids went to the zoo. Another day we went to El Perello to a honey producer. Great fun to go and visit the "bee cities" in full protective gear. A very enjoyable week.Rod and Isabel. South Yorkshire. Feb 2006 |

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your comfortable apartment in this lovely setting. It has been a joy to sit on the terrace listening to golden orioles and nightingales. We came here for walking and birdwatching and have not been disappointed. Also amazed by the number and variety of wild-flowers and butterflies including the bird's nest orchid, wild peonies, swallowtail and scarce swallowtail. We hope to come back.Carol and Owen. We do not normally write in visitors' books but have enjoyed our stay very much and wanted to compliment you both on our apartment. This is the 7th property we have rented on our "European Experience" and is arguably the cleanest and best equipped. Superb tourist information and advice from Dena and Keith. Enjoyed the village and the castle at Miravet, the incredible cliff formations and monastery ruins at Escaladei, quiet coves and cliff-top walks on the coast and a day out in Barcelona.John and Stephanie. What a wonderful place to stay! Delightful views! We have had some great hikes at Tivissa, Pratdip and Miravet. A colder than normal week but the daytime temperatures of around 8 degrees have been great for hiking and the blue skies every day have lifted our spirits. Each day has been a delightful mix of new sites and people. Also had a great tour round the Codorniu Cellars (cava producers) near Barcelona. Thanks Dena and Keith for being great hosts.Frank and Kathleen. Minnesota, USA. Dec 2005 |

We are proud to be your first guests! Love the apartment - the accommodation is first class. We loved the area too because of the varied terrain. Some of our favorites: Castle at Miravet, Monastery at Escaladei, the drive from Bot to Horta de St Joan, the view from this apartment, beach at L'Hospitalet, Estrella Damm beer! It was a wonderful relaxing vacation. Thank-you!Janet and Richard. California. July 2003 |
