Terms and Conditions

A full copy of our terms and conditions will be provided on booking. In brief they are:

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once we have confirmed that the dates you want are available we will require a 20% deposit or 100 Euros (whichever is the greater) to secure the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, we will reserve the apartment for you for 7 days to allow time for payment. When we receive your booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking in writing. The balance will become due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Bookings made 8 weeks or less before the start of your holiday will require the full cost of your holiday to be paid at the time of booking. The person making the booking must be over 18.

PAYMENTS

Our prices are quoted in Euros. Payment to be made by bank transfer in Euros to our Spanish account. If you wish to mail us a cheque in any currency other than Euros there is a €10 / £8 charge to offset our bank fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation by the holidaymaker must be in writing. Refunds will be given in line with the following:

Cancellation of holiday prior to start date Cancellation charge as % of total rental cost
56 days or more Loss of deposit
28 - 55 days 30%
14 - 27 days 50%
8 - 13 days 75%
7 days or less 100%

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

Insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday. It is strongly advised that you arrange adequate holiday insurance that includes cancellation cover. If you intend to take part in any potentially hazardous activities (e.g. climbing) please ensure that the insurance policy specifically covers the activities. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by holidaymakers due to lack of or inadequate insurance cover.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES

Unless agreed otherwise your apartment will be available from 4.00pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10.00am on departure day.
